Kat originally joined Beaumont People in 2014, where she initially recruited temporary roles for the Commercial Sector. After a year, she joined the Charities Temp Team and matched people to a range of exciting temporary roles in the not-for-profit space.

In 2019, Kat left Beaumont People to work in Corporate Partnerships for two incredible charities, Lifeline WA and Black Dog Institute, where she gained a range of new skills and experience in the sector that she is so passionate about.

Kat came back to Beaumont People in 2023, armed with new knowledge and a desire to match people to their own meaningful work in the charity sector.
