Founded in 2001 by Nikki Beaumont, Beaumont People was built on the belief that fostering meaningful relationships between clients, candidates and staff creates a successful, caring and trustworthy network. Nikki’s commitment to a deeper level of care and attention in recruitment has been the foundation of our success and growth. From our original Sydney office, we expanded to Byron Bay in 2015, the Gold Coast in 2021, and Melbourne in 2023, delivering innovative recruitment, people, and culture solutions across Australia. Beaumont People remains a 100% female owned organisation.
