Alanna joined Beaumont People in August 2023 as a Project Manager. She has brought with her diverse experiences and skills from the Education sector. This background has instilled in her a deep appreciation for the importance of identifying individuals’ strengths, motivating teams, and achieving shared objectives.

In her capacity as a Project Manager, Alanna is committed to ensuring the efficiency of the systems and processes used by both staff and clients. She is proactive in her approach to navigating challenges and is solution-focused.

While not at work, you will find me outdoors somewhere, most likely out sailing on Sydney Harbour in summer or skiing in winter.
