Each year, we look forward to the Beaumont People Annual Conference. During this time, we celebrate the achievements of the past financial year, discuss future plans and goals, and bond through numerous team building activities.
This year’s conference was held at the Museum of Contemporary Art, Sydney, and had all the energy and joy that comes from celebrating wins, engaging in team workshops, and enjoying a special guest, this year being the Laughing Chef who delivered us a Laughter Yoga Session, sharing the benefits and long-lasting effects of laughing.
We also take the time each year, to celebrate those who have gone above and beyond, recognising their achievements at our Annual Awards Night.

Louise Roper, Recruitment Manager - Louise received the Champion of Champions Award, the Top Biller Award (also a Beaumont Best), the Million Dollar Biller Award, and the Personal Achiever Award. Our Champion of Champions Award is one of our most prestigious awards, considering all areas of the recruitment process and recognising their strong will to succeed and overcome any challenges that come their way. This award acknowledges Louise’s outstanding ambition, resilience, and extraordinary effort.
Liska Turner, Principal Executive Consultant in Charity
– With a client NPS score of 90.5 for the year, Liska takes client service to the next level. We are honoured to have awarded Liska with the Client Service Excellence Award
to recognise her dedication towards providing top service and the genuine enthusiasm and expertise in her work. She also received the Million Dollar Biller Award
and
Personal Achiever Award in recognition of such a high performing financial year.
Annabelle Stuart, Principal Recruitment Consultant
– Annabelle was awarded the
Million Dollar Biller Award, the Personal Achiever Award, and the
Candidate Service Excellence Award having achieved an NPS score of 96.4. When you consider the volume of candidates this consultant needs to service in order to meet her client needs, it makes this number even more impressive. Chloe Barton, Recruitment Manager – Being ambitious, goal-focused, self-disciplined and intrinsically motivated by a strong personal desire to accomplish meaningful goals, Chloe was awarded the Personal Achiever Award. The Health and Community Services has grown immensely, and Chloe has played an instrumental role in making this happen with her resilient leadership style. Learn more about Chloe here.

Diana Linde, Senior Recruitment Consultant – Diana has demonstrated herself to be a knowledgeable and passionate recruiter who always strives to do what’s best for both candidate and client. With her growth mindset and mature outlook, she was able to achieve amazing results and has been awarded the Appreciation of Contribution Award and the Personal Achiever Award. Kim Houareau, Accountant – Kim received the Outstanding Support Person Award in recognition of the high volume and complex work she manages on a daily basis. It has been a big year of expanding the business and Kim has demonstrated adaptability as changes were implemented. Learn more about Kim here.
Aine O'Connell, Operations Specialist – Over the past few months, Aine has changed as the business needs changed, and took on board a range of project to support the wider business. In recognition of this hard work Aine was awarded the Outstanding Support Person Award.
Kristina Lesko, Senior Recruitment Consultant – Not only has Kristina placed 101 people in meaningful work over the past year, she also had to learn a new industry and a new job focus very quickly. She has also had to operate in the most candidate short market we have encountered. From this, it is no surprise that Kristina was awarded the Rising Star Award. Learn more about Kristina here.
Kaitlin Allen, Senior Recruitment Consultant – Kaitlin received the Best New Starter Award for the amazing results she has achieved over the past year. She is naturally ambitious, competitive and driven, and is known for her teamwork, creativity, generosity, adaptability, and humility. Learn more about Kaitlin here.
Alyssa Long, Recruitment Consultant – Alyssa has learnt the ropes without delay and has demonstrated qualities of self-confidence, motivation, resilience, agility, and intellectual curiosity. Promoted from Associate to Senior Associate and now Recruitment Consultant in little over a year since joining, Alyssa has received the Rising Star Award. Learn more about Alyssa here.
Nicole Glasgow, LEAD Program Coordinator and Career Coach – Nicole has worked at Beaumont People for many years and her role has evolved and grown to where she liaises with people across all sectors. She works quietly and confidently behind the scenes carefully matching people, running webinars, strengths profiling and career coaching. That is why she received the Quiet Achiever Award. Dean McCowan, Recruitment Manager – Our big award for the evening is one voted for by the entire Beaumont team. We vote for the person who has exhibited our values, Integrity, Excellence, Ambition, Collaboration, and Fun; Has also had an amazing year and has been a massive help and support. Charity Team - This year we are really excited to announce the new Team Award based on connection and collaboration, using data on which team ranks the highest and by the average number of consultants in the team. Our first-ever winner for this award goes to the Charities Team, and it's great to see the activity, the collaboration and the hard work that went into this result.
