NCAT
- Extensive experience in real estate, property management, and industry legislation, including NCAT
- Proven track record in managing a large portfolio of properties, with a focus on vacate inspections, arrears, and conflict resolution
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with owners, tenants, and the support team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on maintaining high standards of service
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a senior property manager or in a similar role
- Proven track record in new business development and a desire to take on additional responsibilities
- Excellent understanding of real estate legislation, property management processes, and governance.
