About the role:
ACE are seeking a highly skilled Senior Administration Coordinator
to join the Burleigh Campus team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient coordination of the RTO’s operations, and to provide an engaging and supportive learning environment for students. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in administration, compliance, and student services within the education and training sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative operations of the RTO.
- Ensure compliance with RTO standards, regulations, and funding requirements
- Maintain accurate student records and ensure timely data entry into student and learning management systems (Job Ready and Canvas)
- Provide high-level administrative support to trainers, assessors, and senior management
- Assist with student services and support
- Coordinate and oversee student enrolments
- Assist in the preparation of audits and compliance reporting
- Liaise with stakeholders, including students, trainers, regulatory bodies, and industry partners
- Proven experience in a senior administration or coordination role within an RTO or Education environment
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong computer skills – including the Microsoft Office Suite and experience using and navigating student and learner management systems
- Ability to work under pressure
- Able to work autonomously but also a great team player
- Experience leading/managing and coaching staff would be advantageous
- Understanding of Queensland User choice, certificate 3 guarantee and higher-level funding would be advantageous
