Job Description

  • Rostering Officer
  • Temporary Full time hours - no on call hours
  • Northern Rivers location | Immediate start
  • $46.69 per hour + Super
Beaumont People are seeking an experienced rostering and administration officer, no on-call element to the position, full time hours, Monday - Friday.
Must be available for immediate start. 

Your daily task may include the following:

  • Collation and distribution of rosters 
  • Rostering and allocation
  • Assistance with rostering staff replacements
  • Maintain records, archiving and filing
  • Billing and claiming
  • Data entry of consumer and staff details
  • General administration duties
The right candidate will have: 
  • Previous experience in rostering essential
  • Previous experience in NDIS or Aged Care Sector
  • Previous administration experience
  • Strong time-management skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Great interpersonal skills, be a team player and reliable. 
Please note that you must be available to commence immediately, and be happy to work on a temporary/casual basis. Some opportunities may lead to permanent roles.
