Receptionist & Administration Assistant

- $70,000 + super
At APRA AMCOS , we’re passionate about supporting music creators and rights holders. As a key part of the Finance and Administration team, we’re looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Receptionist / Administration Assistant to be the face of our Sydney office and a go-to support for daily operations.
Key responsibilities and duties
- Greeting and assisting visitors, members, and staff at the front desk
- Answering and directing phone enquiries via the main switchboard
- Managing mail (incoming and outgoing) and maintaining office supplies
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes (equipment allocation and collection)
- Maintaining shared inboxes (Reception and Administration)
- Coordinating workflows via our internal ticketing system
- Supporting in-house events and conferences
- Assisting with office WHS responsibilities, including serving as a Fire Warden and First Aid Officer
- Liaising with contractors, suppliers, and service providers
- Providing general administrative support across the organisation
- Previous experience in reception, office administration, or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A friendly, professional, and calm approach—especially under pressure
- A proactive attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
- Willingness to learn and develop
