About our Client and the Role
Our client is a leading mental health organisation in Australia with a commitment to improving the mental health and wellbeing of Australians.
The successful candidate in this role will have a Psychology or social work background, and/or experience in clinical mental health with experience leading programs and services. We are looking for someone with a genuine passion and a commitment to improving the mental health and wellbeing of Australians.
Responsibilities and Outcomes
- Lead the creation, review and maintenance of key service delivery strategies and frameworks
- Translate complex clinical terms, concepts, and ideas into easy-to-understand, plain language
- Maintain a deep understanding of the mental health and wellbeing ecosystem in Australia, including the ability to research, synthesise, and apply mental health information, ideas, and concepts from across the sector to inform products and services
- Working within cross functional teams to develop and implement solutions and enhancements, ensuring that all improvements reflect best practices in mental health care
- Advocating for best practices in clinical decision-making and service design, and delivery
- Tertiary qualifications in psychology, mental health, social work
- Experience in providing clinical or mental health and wellbeing expertise, preferably within digital health or mental health organisations
- Demonstrated ability to apply clinical theory and knowledge to the development and implementation of mental health programs, interventions, or digital health solutions
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to deliver results and achieve KPIs, including through effective prioritisation
