About the role:
A great opportunity has opened to support a high-performing Principal Recruitment Consultant in our Education team
as an Associate Recruitment Consultant (Candidate Manager)
. You’ll play a key part in assisting with the end-to-end recruitment process across roles in Human Resources, Faculty and Heads of Functions, Admissions, Administrative Support and more
. This is a fantastic opportunity to progress to a Recruitment Consultant.
Key responsibilities:
- First point of contact for candidates, delivering top-tier customer service.
- Craft compelling job ads and actively source top talent.
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and guide candidates through the interview process.
- Prepare resumes, candidate summaries and shortlist reports for clients.
- Keep records up to date and ensure compliance is met.
- Support the team with lead generation and uncover new opportunities.
- Maintain talent pools of candidates for each vertical.
About You:
- Prior experience in Sales, Recruitment or Administration as a Sales Coordinator, Resourcer, Candidate Manager, Recruitment Associate, or a similar.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and manage various stakeholders effectively.
- A customer-first mindset, always striving to deliver outstanding service.
- A true team player, adaptable, collaborative, ability to prioritise and multitask.
- Strong attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Driven and results-oriented, with a tenacious approach to achieving success.
- Highly professional, demonstrating discretion and confidentiality at all times.
- 4-day work week eligibility (available after 6-months of employment);
