Robyn, having recently immigrated to Australia from South Africa, has taken her unique experience and knowledge as a Professional HR Leader and Business Partner to help Beaumont People navigate their journey to meaningful work for all.
Robyn started her career in recruitment and was always passionate about placing people into the right roles first time and building strategic relationships with her stakeholders. Her people-focused approach and strong service delivery skills saw her move quite quickly into HR Business Partnering and Leadership roles for larger corporate clients in the FMCG and Retail sectors.
Robyn is an action-orientated strategist who loves to see positive change delivered through her work. She hopes to continue to deliver on her purpose to create sustainable employment opportunities for the betterment of all.
