Katrina has recently returned from London, after living there for 16 years with her husband and daughter. Katrina and her family love the water and have recently got 2 paddleboards, ready for when the rain stops.

 

For the last 7 years, Katrina was with McDonald’s UK, where she was a Development Coordinator. Katrina worked with the UK Design Manager, Construction Director, Construction Managers, and 15 Project Managers, where they re-imaged existing restaurants and build new restaurants, and there are now over 1600 restaurants in Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Before that Katrina was with Tourism Australia, as an Executive Assistant.

 

Katrina hopes that all the skills learned as a Development Coordinator and an Executive Assistant will help with providing Kate, Toula, and their teams as much support as possible so they are able to do their jobs to the best of their ability.
