Finlay joined the Beaumont People team in August 2024 as an Associate Recruitment Consultant in the Melbourne office.

 

Holding a Bachelor's degree in Business with a major in Human Resource Management, Finlay brings experience from his previous role in Talent Acquisition at Hudson, along with various hospitality and customer service positions.

 

A skilled relationship builder, Finlay is passionate about connecting with new people and delivering exceptional customer service in all his endeavours.

 

Outside of work, he enjoys fitness, surfing, traveling, and spending quality time with friends and family.
