Emilia joined Beaumont People in 2024 as a Principal Recruitment Consultant in the Education team. She brings 16 years of recruitment experience and a passion to advocate for people and supporting professionals in finding happiness and fulfilment in their work. Emilia is also enthusiastic about collaborating with clients to foster high-performing teams.

Emilia has a diverse career background, having worked at Randstad, Ericsson, and Deloitte, where she collaborated with leaders to establish new graduate programs. She also worked as a Career Advisor at Concordia University (Montreal) where she assisted students in becoming prepared for their careers through workshops and personalised guidance.

Originally from Montreal, Canada, Emilia relocated to Sydney in 2018 and worked at Randstad. In her role, she focused on Government and Education clients and leading a team of recruitment professionals and delivered national marketing projects across the country. Emilia later joined the University of Notre Dame Australia as the Talent Acquisition Team Leader, overseeing a team of Talent Acquisition Partners. In this capacity, she collaborated with teams nationwide to strategically recruit for academic and professional roles.

When she's not at work, Emilia spends her time enjoying the outdoors with her family and friends. Her passion for outdoor activities (including walking Buddy & Bear) reflects her love of nature and her active lifestyle.
