Alma brings over 12 years of experience in sales, business development, and leadership, having worked across multiple organisations and corporate cultures to build highly engaged teams and drive business improvement opportunities. As a Third Culture Individual (TCI), she thrives in diverse environments, drawing on her experiences of living and working in seven countries. In 2019, Alma relocated to Australia with her daughter, and they now call Melbourne home.

After completing the transformative Leadership Victoria Williamson Community Leadership Program in 2022 and taking a career break, Alma discovered two key insights:

Alma is excited to bring her experience and passion to help connect organisations with values-driven talent. As the Recruitment Manager for Beaumont People’s Melbourne Office, she leads the growth and expansion of the company into the Melbourne market.

At Beaumont People, the belief is that an organisation’s greatest asset is its people, and "Placing People First" is at the heart of everything they do. The Melbourne Office, established in 2023, was created to better service local partners. The team collaborates with organisations across Victoria to provide temporary and permanent recruitment services in the Charities, Education, Health & Community Services, Associations & Memberships, and Professional Services sectors. With a strong focus on building community relationships, the Melbourne team also leverages Beaumont People’s national reach.

Outside of work, Alma can be found enjoying an overpriced coffee, attending dynamic Vinyasa yoga classes, or exploring the latest brunch spots with her 6-year-old.
