Alessandro joined Beaumont People at the beginning of 2023. Before joining, he graduated with a Bachelor of Psychology, inspired by a desire to understand people and effectively advocate on their behalf. He also has worked as a People & Culture Coordinator and has experience in a variety of Human Resource Management fields, including Operations, Learning & Development, and Recruitment.

 

Alessandro has grown incredibly passionate about the Recruitment profession and takes pride in connecting people to meaningful work and fostering positive relationships. He is a specialist consultant in Health and Community Services, currently recruiting frontline client engagement roles across Aged Care, Child, Youth & Family Services, Housing and Homelessness, Disability & Mental Health Services.

 

He has always strived to 'think outside the box' and consider ideas and methods potentially overlooked by others. Alessandro is also enthusiastic about delivering exceptional client and candidate care and is intrinsically motivated to deliver the best possible outcome for all.
