Victoria spent her early career practising as a lawyer back in the UK. Arriving in Sydney in 2008 she decided that she wanted to pursue a career within the recruitment industry with a focus on office support. Victoria joined the NFP team at Beaumont People to fulfil her need to give back to the community and add value in an area that she believes in.
Victoria has been with Beaumont People for more than 10 years and has extensive recruitment experience across commercial and charity clients. She is passionate about connecting talent with local businesses allowing them to achieve their strategic goals. As General Manager, Recruitment Services, Victoria can support businesses across the Northern Rivers, Queensland and Victoria.
Victoria works collaboratively with her clients ensuring that the recruitment and matching process fulfils the culture and values of the organisation and its business objectives.
