As the People & Culture Lead, Taylor is passionate about creating an environment where people feel valued, engaged, and inspired to thrive. Having worked in recruitment and organisational development for 9+ years, Taylor brings a people-first approach to shaping a positive workplace culture.

 

Joining Beaumont People in 2019, Taylor started as an experienced Recruitment Consultant within our Contact Centre & Sales team - leading bulk recruitment for various call centres across New South Wales. In 2021, she made the switch to human resources and internal recruitment as our People & Culture Lead. As the People & Culture Lead, Taylor looks after our internal staff by providing support in human resources, our culture initiatives, internal recruitment, policies & procedures and much more.

 

Appearing on the  Podcast: Interview Boss , she was given the name Corporate Cupid, (very fitting because that is exactly what she is!). Now she is Beaumont People’s very own internal “Corporate Cupid”!
