Rhonda has successfully turned her passion for people into a rewarding career, bringing over a decade of recruitment experience across both the for-purpose and corporate sectors. Her journey began as a volunteer, followed by roles at two not-for-profit organisations before she transitioned into recruitment.

As a specialist in HR recruitment, Rhonda leads a thriving Corporate Services Charities Team. With an extensive network and a deep understanding of the for-purpose sector, she is committed to connecting top talent with impactful organisations.

Since joining Beaumont in 2016, Rhonda has demonstrated a strong dedication to building genuine relationships that drive exceptional client outcomes. She co-hosts an HR Charity Leaders Roundtable and delivers Recruitment Training Workshops, equipping sector professionals with best-practice hiring strategies.

Her recruitment expertise lies in HR functions and Corporate Services, with a focus on:

  • People & Culture/Human Resources – from Business Partners to senior management roles
  • Finance – including Financial/Management Accountants, Financial Analysts, and Finance Managers
  • Operations & Project Management – including Chief Operating Officer (COO) positions
  • Senior Business Analyst & Database Management roles
  • Specialised, high-impact roles tailored to client needs
