Kate started her journey with Beaumont People in the Business Services team in 2007.
After several years and much success, she felt the pull toward the NFP sector and started recruiting for Executive Level roles for Charities, before moving into a management role within the business. As General Manager, Recruitment Services, over the years, Kate has managed recruitment teams across Commercial Corporate Services, Customer Experience and Sales, Charities, Health & Community Services, and Associations & Memberships.
Through her length and depth of experience within the world of recruitment, Kate can assist clients and candidates with guidance on current market trends, recruitment best practice, and people strategy.
