Erin joined the Beaumont People team in 2022, as an Associate Recruitment Consultant within the Education practice. She soon discovered her passion for placing candidates into meaningful job opportunities in universities, higher education providers and independent schools, and moved into a 360-degree Recruitment Consultant role thereafter.
During her university studies, Erin was a campus ambassador, student mentor and volunteer for her university and residential college. She participated in leading activities across open days and orientation weeks, supporting prospective and current students in navigating their transition to higher education studies. This set her career trajectory, developing a passion for recruiting for professional roles across the Education sector.
Growing up on the South Coast, Erin enjoys living an active and outdoor lifestyle, living by the beach during summer. An avid traveller, her dream is to visit all 7 natural wonders of the world.
