Each year, we look forward to the Beaumont People Annual Conference, which usually involves the team going away for a few days, previously enjoying Bowral Estates and even the Adelaide wine region. During this time, we celebrate the achievements of the past financial year, discuss future plans and goals, and bond through numerous team building activities. Naturally, this year looked a bit different, taking our conference virtual for the very first time. But it did not lack the usual energy and joy that comes from celebrating wins, engaging in team workshops and enjoying a special guest speaker, this year being Paul Taylor who spoke to us about the 7 Rituals of Mental Vitality.
We also take the time each year, to celebrate those who have gone above and beyond, recognising their achievements at our Annual Awards Night. Join us in our celebrations of this year's winners:
Mel Lewis, Senior Consultant – Mel received the Champion of Champions Award and Personal
Achiever Award. What a year she has had, kicking company and personal goals left, right and centre! She has taken this year all in her stride and achieved extraordinary results which we are really proud of. Learn more about Mel here.
Dean McCowan, Consultant – Dean received the Candidate Service Excellence Award and Best New Starter Award for building strong, respectful relationships and providing exceptional service. Victoria Nankivell, General Manager, Northern Rivers – Victoria took on a leadership role when the business most needed her to and now, alongside Rebecca Robinson, she leads a high performing team. Chloe Barton, Senior Consultant – Chloe received the Personal Achiever Award. Beaumont would not be the same without her, and her unwavering integrity and focus on the best outcomes for her clients and candidates is second to none. Learn more about Chloe here .
Louise Roper, Senior Consultant – Louise received the Personal Achiever Award. Not content to simply focus on her work, she is also someone who involves herself in ways to improve the sector she recruits for, as well as the recruitment sector. Learn more about Louise here.
Krystelle Budd, Recruitment Coordinator – Often the first in and last to leave, Krystelle is always happy to help and is quick to step in when there is a crisis. Dependable and efficient, an organiser by nature, Kyrstelle is a vital cog in the Beaumont team. Krystelle was the recipient of the Outstanding Support Person Award. Learn more about Krystelle here.
Rosheen Singh, Fundraising and Marketing Team Leader – To say she is passionate about the sector in which she recruits is an understatement. Rosheen was awarded Industry Expert Award for her contribution to the Fundraising sector including her involvement in the upcoming launch of an industry-wide national campaign, “Proud to be a Fundraiser." Diana Linde, Consultant – Diana has had an incredible year, and to top it off she received the Rising Star Award . She is always one of the first to put her hand up to try something new or to help someone out. Her enthusiasm and excitement are always evident in her approach to things she hasn’t done before. Emily Hadzipasic, Consultant – Emily is the second recipient of our Rising Star Award . She has been promoted twice this year, firstly to Senior Coordinator, and then to Recruitment Consultant and she has taken the Contact Centre team by force. Learn more about Emily here.
Annabelle Stuart, Consultant – Annabelle received the Values Award . A true embodiment of excellence, ambition, integrity, collaboration and fun, she is a great example of our culture. Learn more about Annabelle here.
Adam Hart, General Manager, Commercial & Public Sector Recruitment – Adam received the Appreciation of Contribution Award for all that he does for the Beaumont People team. In fact, he doesn't even talk about it and is quick to give the credit to others. So, many people are not aware of the significant contribution that goes on behind the scenes. Nicole Glasgow, Program Coordinator – The Quiet Achiever is an award for the person that has flown under the radar but deserves more recognition than perhaps they have received throughout the year. Nicole is not one to promote her own achievements but deserves all the recognition and thanks for her contribution to the business and her overall positivity, kindness, and excellence. Lauren Rodwell, Consultant – Our big award for the evening, is one voted for by the entire Beaumont team. We vote for the person who has exhibited our values, Integrity, Excellence, Ambition, Collaboration, and Fun; Has also had an amazing year or has been a massive help or support.
