We are pleased to announce the appointment of Toula Lambros as General Manager of the Not For Profit recruitment division as maternity cover for Kate Larkin.
Commencing 7th September, Toula joins us with extensive experience in Human Resources, Executive Search, Recruitment and Strategic Talent Acquisition across a range of sectors.Most recently, Toula was the Senior Associate and Practice Leader in an Executive Search firm. Previously, she led the in-house recruitment team of 18 direct reports at the University of Sydney; partnering with senior leadership to create, project manage and deliver talent acquisition initiatives across both senior academic and professional services appointments. At the University of Sydney, Toula performed a secondment as Executive Manager Alumni Relations where she gained experience in the fundraising and advancement portfolio. Her early career was in a range of Human Resources and Consulting roles within large and complex matrixed organisations. She has a reputation for quality, service excellence and strong values.

Toula is an alumna of The University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Economics degree and postgraduate qualifications with High Distinction in Human Resources & Industrial Relations. She has also completed Executive Education at Oxford University.
Toula is maternity cover for Kate Larkin, a valued Beaumont People Manager who started her journey with us in the Business Services team in 2007. After several years and much success, she felt the pull towards the NFP sector and quickly grew this division, today managing a team of 15 consultants.
As the Not for Profit General Manager, she currently manages two established teams who recruit for Charitable and Associations & Membership organisations. The NFP team is a highly successful team who consistently achieve exceptional results, which is a testament to Kates’ passion for the recruitment industry and her leadership. Kate was also the original Programme Director for LEAD NFP – Beaumont People's mentoring programme for the charity sector which has grown incrementally and now runs across all industry sectors.
Established in 2009, the Charity division provides recruitment services to charities nationally on a non-profit basis. Led by Kate the charity team are proud to have saved charities over $20 million in recruitment fees (when compared to normal commercial recruitment rates) since its inception.
Winner of RCSA PEARL Professional Recruiter Award 2016 we wish Kate all the best for the next few months of motherhood and look forward to welcoming her back to the fold next year.
