This year, the Beaumont People team were in Bowral for our Annual Beaumont Conference. As well as celebrating the achievements of the past financial year, we come together to discuss goals, future plans and bond through numerous team building activities - this year being the Amazing Race, thanks to the team at Thrill!
We also take the time to celebrate those who have gone above and beyond, recognising their achievements, integrity and leadership on our Annual Awards night. Join us in our celebrations of this year's winners.
Erin Hinchey, Senior Consultant
– Erin received the Champion of Champions Award!
What a year she has had, kicking company and personal goals left, right and centre. She is a crucial member of the Business Services team, with client and candidate care at the core of everything she does. Learn more about Erin here..
Shonagh Dimmick, Senior Consultant – Shonagh was awarded the Values Award for her consistent demonstration of our company values. A true embodiment of excellence, ambition, integrity, collaboration and fun, she is a great example of our culture. Learn more about Shonagh here.
Rebecca Robinson, Branch Manager – Rebecca embodies all the characteristics of a true leader, stepping up to the task at a time of need. She leads our Northern Rivers team with integrity, passion and kindness, meaning it was a no brainer when she received the Outstanding Leader Award.
Nina Mapson Bone, Managing Director
– Nina manages an enormous workload and does it with a sense of humour, integrity and enthusiasm. She is the epitome of an inspirational leader; incredible at what she does, a font of knowledge with regard to our sector and overall a role model to look up to, making her our Leader of the Year.

Melanie Lewis, Senior Consultant – Mel received the Appreciation of Contribution Award for all that she does for the Beaumont People team. Her collaboration, enthusiasm and care are just a few of the qualities we appreciate in her, and this was the perfect opportunity to give back to the woman who always gives so much to others. Annabelle Stuart, Consultant
– The Rising Star Award
was given to no other than our newest Consultant, Annabelle! Having only joined recruitment 2 years ago, she has constantly achieved beyond expectations leading to her promotion in July. It is only fitting she receives the Rising Star Award, as this is only the beginning for this little firecracker. Find out more about Annabelle

Kelly Murphy, Business Manager – Kelly joined the team just over a year ago, leaving us all to wonder how we ever survived without her! Being awarded Outstanding Support Person, she is constantly seeking ways to improve the business and help the team with her extensive knowledge on everything from database use to how to make the best dog treats. Lauren Markovski, Marketing Coordinator
– Lauren has been a driving force behind many of our successful marketing initiatives leading her to be the recipient of this year's Best New Starter Award.
Her ambition and drive to continually improve made her a perfect match for our Beaumont family and although it has only been a year, we couldn’t imagine this place without her. Find out more about Lauren here.
Jo Brown, Senior Consultant – Jo prides herself on her ability to develop new business and is an excellent relationship builder. Her clients describe her as friendly, professional, efficient and caring and her feedback from clients is ahead of the best. She is the recipient of the Client Service Excellence Award. Lauren Rodwell, Consultant – Lauren was awarded the Candidate Service Excellence Award. She goes above and beyond for her candidates, keeping in regular contact and providing advice whether it be about the job market or opportunities. Find out more about Lauren here.
Rhonda Newman, Senior Consultant – Rhonda sets herself very high standards and is consistently looking for ways she can improve and develop her skills as a recruiter and a leader. She was awarded the Personal Achiever Award, for kicking her personal goals and always rising to the occasion. Learn more about Rhonda here.
Rosheen Singh, Fundraising Team Leader
– Only her 2nd year at Beaumont People, Rosheen has achieved so much making her our second recipient of the Personal Achiever Award.
Aside from her daily activities, she puts her hand up to run industry training and stepped up into a Team Leader position for a growing team. Find out more about Rosheen here.
Emily Hadzipasic, Senior Recruitment Coordinator
– Emily received the award for Quiet Achiever.
She has worked exceptionally hard and achieved outstanding results. In a business of typically loud achievers, she has remained focused and determined on her goals, smashing them in the process! Find out more about Emily here.
Liska Turner, Executive Search Consultant
– Liska elevated herself in the Business and Charity sector as a true expert in her field. Her ambition to educate herself and learn as much as possible about the sector in which she works makes her the first-ever recipient of the Industry Expert Award.

– Our big award for the evening, is one voted for by the entire Beaumont team. We vote for the person who has exhibited our values, Integrity, Excellence, Ambition, Collaboration, and Fun, has had an amazing year or has been a massive help or support. This year, Claire received the People's Choice Award
